The Mometta was a 35mm rangefinder camera made by the Hungarian company MOM (Hungarian Optical Works). It is sometimes qualified as a Leica copy, even if its appearance is very different. It had a focal plane shutter from 1/25 to 1/500s, and took pictures in 24x32mm format.

On the Momikon, Mometta and Mometta II versions, the lens was a fixed Ymmar 50mm f:3.5.

The Mometta III and Mometta Junior had an interchangeable lens, although the Junior hadn't a rangefinder.
